Rehan has been working with the RIPE NCC as a User Experience Specialist for over six years.He has worked on projects like the LIR Portal and the RIPE Database and is involved in various design decisions within RIPE NCC that are helping to create a unified user experience across RIPE NCC apps and services.
Rehan also has been leading the UX research (qualitative and quantitative) to gather feedback from users and suggest improvements for user-facing services.
