Alexander Isavnin studied mathematics at the Moscow State University. He has worked for over 15 years in Russian ISPs, and was responsible for the implementation of new technologies and practices, setting inter-operator relations and communication with law enforcement agencies.Alexander currently teaches Internet governance at the Free Moscow University, collaborating with Internet rights protection organisations, and conducts research on the technical and legal landscape of the Internet.
